 General Terms & Conditions

• WCC may  provide the User  with notices regarding the Services or amendments to these Terms, by  email, text messages, or by posting them on the Site or within the  Services.
• The User acknowledges that the Conference's failure  to exercise any ofits  rights or any legal remedy set forth in these Terms or guaranteed under the applicable regulations shall not be deemed a waiver of that right, and all rights and remedies  shall remain reserved and exerciseable at any time to the Conference.
• In the event that any provision of these Terms is held by  any court of competent  jurisdiction to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be excluded to the extent necessary without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, and the other terms  shall remain in full force and effect.
• The User  acknowledges  and agrees  that  the World Congress for Talent and Creativity has the right  to document  its related programs, activities, events and services through photography, video or recordings Audio          interviews or informational, introductory or educational materials, for legitimate  purposes related to the work and activities of the entity, and once  these terms and conditions  have been approved,  The User, and his guardian,  agree to the express and final   approval of the following:
• The conference has the right  to take photographs or record the visual or audio materials in which the user appears during his participation or attendance, or his benefit from affiliated programs, activities, events, or services.
• The conference has the right  to use, in whole or in part, the images, video clips or recordings referred to in media, introductory, awareness, educational, or documentary materials, whether printed, digital, or published through  visual, audio, or print media, or through websites, applications, digital platforms, social media accounts, or any other legitimate means of dissemination.
• The conference has the right  to use the user's full personalname, basic data or attribute associated with participation or achievement, to the extent necessary and for the purposes associated with the content referred to.
• The User and his guardian acknowledge that under this Agreement, he/she is not entitled to claim or claim entitlement to any current or future financial consideration, and he/she is not entitled to claim any compensation or material or moral compensation.
